  • Do not water the flowers—these are preserved to last without moisture.
  • Avoid direct sunlight, which can fade and weaken the florals over time.
  • Do not insert additional stems or objects into the arrangement, as this can crush or shift the design.
  • Refrain from removing the flowers from the vase—they are carefully secured for a reason.
  • Avoid placing the arrangement directly on light-colored fabrics or surfaces, as staining may occur.

RETURN POLICY

No Returns Accepted: Due to the delicate, handcrafted nature of our preserved floral arrangements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is carefully composed with preserved flowers and natural elements that are fragile and may not survive the shipping process if returned.
