No Returns Accepted: Due to the delicate, handcrafted nature of our preserved floral arrangements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is carefully composed with preserved flowers and natural elements that are fragile and may not survive the shipping process if returned.
Care Instructions: To ensure the longevity and beauty of your arrangement, please follow the included care instructions:
- Display in a cool, room-temperature environment away from direct heat or humidity
- Avoid direct sunlight, which can fade and weaken the florals over time
- Do not water the flowers—these are preserved to last without moisture
- Handle with care when moving—each arrangement is hand-placed and delicately composed
- Gently remove dust using a soft duster or air blower after several months
Damaged Items: If your arrangement arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
